The Chaser was good. Grim too. Hookers start vanishing and a pimp investigates. Korean.

0 |

Me too. Good show.

Bukkaroo
Clockwork orange is pure fukin Shite

Wrong, motherfucker.

0 |

Have to say I think it's very overrated Bukkaroo.

1 |

No way. Such a unique film.

0 |

Yip overrated shite of the highest order...shite

0 |

There's an Irish film on iPlayer at the minute called Traders. Pretty original and very dark.

0 |

Ye not turn the brightness up m8?

0 |

You would do well to heed your own advice comrade.

0 |

SHITE.

Really enjoyed that Bright on Netflix

0 |

Not bad for a brain off movie, but they could have done so much more with it I think. It's a great premise and could have gone into the 'world' a bit more than it did.

Was a bit too OTT/silly in the action scenes too, especially the way the Elves were total whoop asses (clearing an entire nightclub full of gang bangers with uzi's), yet when it came to taking down the two unarmed heros in numerous scenes, they failed miserably.

If you wanting something fucking amazing to watch, check out Dark on Netflix. Absolutely brilliant.

0 |

I'll give that Dark a watch, I know what you mean about the killer elves having a bit o trouble taking out some beat cops but bare in mind the human was a birght and the orc a foretold prophesy so they weren't your ordinary cops THEY HAD A DESTINY.. the world was class and I'm hoping there's a sequel

0 |

If it starts with english overdubbing, pause and open the options and change it to German audio/English subtitles.

It's such a great show. Try to avoid reading anything about it.

0 |

lol yeah, that's what I told myself too.

BUT THEY'RE MAGIC COPS!

How good would it be to explore that world a bit more. Maybe even stories from other big cities or something. Hope there's a sequel, too. Or even a prequel back to some of the historical stories they mentioned in it. That could be cool too.

0 |

I enjoyed Bright too. I didnt think the bad reviews were justified.

Enjoyed I,Tonya

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri was excellent I thought. Gotta love Sam Rockwell. Martin McDonagh, the guy who did In Bruges and The Guard directed it. Very good.

1 |

Good film

0 |

Don’t watch “Killing of a Sacred Deer” Jesus Christ it was irritating.

0 |

Agreed MM....after about 15 mins I started hoping it would turn into some sort of fantasy porn shagathon.......I didn't watch till the end!

0 |

I thought Downsizing was good. Interesting concept

0 |

IT was pretty crap and a needless remake.
Three billboards has its moments but I cannot for the life of me understand where all these nominations are coming from-thought it was very mediocre.
Saw brads status as well which was actually better than it sounds lol

Good Time
www.imdb.com/title/tt4...

0 |

Lol

1 |

Loved 3 Bill boards...McDonagh does comedy to pain brilliantly

0 |

Yeah, was superb I thought. Rockwell and McDormand were great.

0 |

Still laughing at Rockwell's character. McDormand for me is always special

0 |

Just finished watching Three Billboards.....rather good all round...McDormand is an artist.

0 |

What other good flicks was she in. Fargo obviously... What else?

0 |

Enjoyed Good Time. Oneohtrix Point Never did the soundtrack.

0 |

Forgot McDormand was in Blood Simple actually, the first Corn Brothers movie. Nothing like a bit of nepotism eh?

1 |

*Coen obvs

She's in most of their films in small roles, but Fargo, The Man Who Wasn't There, Burn After Reading, and maybe Hail Caesar are probably her biggest roles.

1 |

She got an Emmy for Olive Ketteridge too, which I've never seen.

1 |

Just realised, Mississippi Burning too.
