Had for a year, no problems bar they don't give you a couple of hour installation window. No problems - use topcashback for £80 'I think' cashback - PM me your email and I can refer you and get £20 (after around 4 months), you get a £5 amazon e-gift card. But I will also send you $10 in Bitcoin if you do use it

don't touch them with a barge pole, fucking useless if you have any problems.

Get plusnet, good honest Yorkshire broadband

Can I just leap in here - I have Plusnet now and I have never, ever had to deal which such a completely useless, ignorant bunch of turbo cunts ever. I will be sooo glad to get away from them. Maybe they were better before they were bought by BT, but I've never experienced worse dealings. 2hr wait times - 7 week (7 WEEKS) to connect. Mainly due to the fact that they disconnected my neighbours BB to instal their despite repeated instructions.

And good honest friendly Yorkshire broadband! - where the fk did that come from? I lived in Sheffeild (S.Yorks) for a year, my gf and 2 other mates got robbed on 3 seperate occassions. I got stabbed for spilling a black lads pint. More honesty and hospitality in Bogata.

But then - I guess it depends, you might have a good, smooth experience. Might not. I think when getting BB again I would ring and find out how soon the can get me connected. Gives an idea how on the ball they are. But fk Plusnet man, seriously - I do so much of my shit online it cost me hundreds on mobile data - compo? No mission. I am actually barred from ringing them after losing it with a next gen spacker. Check reviews since they have been bought by BT.

BT are as good as anyone + they are doing a £19p/m 12m contract with £80 cashback right at the mo.

Where'd the black lad stab you DB?

Pretty sure Talk talk's call center's are in South Africa. I'm quite certain whoever you go with has the potential to provide seemless service or fuck you mercilessly with a wrought Iron bar.

I would (will, if I remember) Ask them a battery of difficult questions pertiant to your address, what is the contention ration at 4pm - 5pm - 6pm? What are your policies on torrenting 24/7? Who else on my street uses your service's so I can ask them their opinion? (huge red flag if they mention anything RE data protection). How much porn is too much porn? Main one really is how soon can you get me connected, beacuse that is a massive indicator of how much they pay Open Reach and if you have a fault you want an isp that's tight with OR. Also 12months or gtf

Can't believe I'm replying to TJ - yes, but the 5/6th week and over £150 on mobile data I was ringing 4/5 times a day, demanding managers/ heads on plates/ using language that even your mother asks me to dial back and they said they will no longer corrospond with me by telephone, only email/mail.
